In an ideal world fine hosiery would be gently hand washed, but in the real and very busy world tights go in the washing machine along with everything else. Its often not as labour saving as we'd like to hope. The tights end up tangled around everything else resulting in a huge laundry knot. Even worse they get snagged and laddered by the rougher, tougher fabrics. This is our recommended washbag for both bra and stockings and tights.
